A development of 44 affordable homes on the former sports ground, developed in partnership with Orbit homes. The development consists of 30 x 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 14 x 2 Bedroom apartments. The development was constructed to Code level 3 for sustainable homes and delivered with the support of the Homes and Communities agency through their affordable housing programme.
